Hi,

Can MS Expression encoder ver 3.0/4.0, would be able to generate MS smooth streaming MP4 fragmented chunk of duration 2 sec instead of one file for each bit-rate (i.e. collection of chunks).

Also is there any setting to configure chunk duration before encoding to IIS smooth streaming format?

We do not support fragmented MP4 "chunk" outputs.

The internal chunk duration within the Smooth Streaming format is controlled by the GOP size.
