  Is it possible to buttons on the form that contains the ReportViewer that perform the same function as the page navigation buttons in the toolbar?  My app is for touchscreens, and the toolbar buttons are too small.

Yes it is possible to do this, the ReportViewer exposes several methods and properties that allow you to perform the same actions as the default toolbar. For page navigation you would just need to set the ReportViewer.CurrentPage property to whichever page you want to navigate to.
