我猜如果全局跟踪关闭，则DB上不会发生BTS跟踪事件。但我相信如果全局跟踪关闭，BAM应该有单独的跟踪主机。
I guess if the Global Tracking is off then no BTS track event happen on DB. But i believe the BAM should have the separate Tracking host if Global Tracking is off.
