I wanted to show you what the entire background is but "image size" stopped me but the blue you see is what it should be but it shows as the white emptiness instead of the blue circuitboard

I'm not sure what you are asking, but you can set the form's background image in the properties window. Click the "Import" button on the dialogue to get a jpg or bmp or whatever.
