You need to open up the Section Expert dialog and use the options there.  So put your cursor on GH1 or GF1, for example, on the left side of the Designer page and right click.  Choose Section Expert... from the popup menu.  Now you will see that you have options for "New page before" the section or "New page after" the section.  That's all you should have to do.
