I support a small (30 users) company.  They currently have one file/print server (DC).  There are 2 developers that produce a web site and would like to use TFS.  I have zero experience with this and need to configure something for them to use.  My question is do I need to have server OS for any reason or can I just use a workstation running Windows 10?  If the latter, what sort of things should I consider in order to build it?  

As for growth, I don't see this scenario changing much in the next couple of years other then maybe adding one person to the team.

Hi!

TFS Express edition supports Windows 10. But it has limitation on 5 users. So you have to use server operation system. Look this page for requirements: https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/docs/setup-admin/requirements
