setup.exe已停止工作：对于Visual Basic express，我正在运行现成的新计算机（没有以前的版本）vista而不是xp，我从网站下载设置并在部分方式安装它刚退出"无法安装带有sp1组件的Microsoft visual basic express 2008"

我使用了多个论坛并发现了simillar错误，但大多数似乎都是使用previouse版本。我已经将我的位设置为手动，香港专业教育学院更新，开放安全，丢弃防火墙，运行admid，甚至下载previouse版本removerse（检测到没有买的方式）仍然无法得到它安装请帮助！

setup.exe has stopped working: for Visual Basic express, i am running a new computer off the shelf (no previous versions) vista not xp, i download the set up from the site and part way through installation it just quits. " Microsoft visual basic express edition 2008 with sp1 component could not be installed"
i have used multiple forums and found simillar errors, but most seem to be with previouse versions. i've set my bits to manual, ive updated, opened up security, dropped firewall, ran as admid ,even down loaded the previouse version removerse(detected nothing buy the way) still can't get it to install please help!!!

Please , Please help me. it's been almost a month since my first posting and i've tried all the forums again. I live in a small town with no computer support shops. this is the only thing keeping me from enjoying the wonderfull word of programing. There has to be something i cam do to fix this silly problem.
