Currently there isn't a good way to do this. The last forum update limited the My Threads view to 60 days only.

There have been some proposed workarounds, such as using the My Alerts view - but that only works if you've set alerts on all of your threads. People also have suggested using a search engine and targeting the search to social.technet.microsoft.com or social.msdn.microsoft.com. Personally I have had zero luck with either of these methods.
