附加信息：

如果我改变VS17的主题，我可以使错误消失。

但是如果我开始一个新的CLR项目并添加一个表格，则会再次出现错误。

I'm trying to make my first Windows form app, following this video:

But VS17 complain already when I add a form to the empty CLR project, giving me this error message:

Here should be a picture of the error, but I'm apparently not allowed to post pictures or links yet.:-(

The error line translated to English, say something like:

The data needed to complete the action are not available yet.(Exception from HRESULT: 0x8000000A)

I have absolutely no clue what to do to fix this, as this is my first day trying VS, 
I do have 20 years experience using C++Builder though.

Additional information:
I can make the error go away if I change the theme of VS17.
but if I start a new CLR project and add a form the error comes again.
