我购买了戴尔安装了Office 365的新戴尔台式机。 我从运行XP和MS Office 2010的旧PC上移植了现有的MS Office文件，包括Outlook。

I purchased a new Dell desktop with Office 365 installed by Dell.  I ported my existing MS Office files including Outlook from my old PC running XP and MS Office 2010.

When I tried to use the "Groups" addressing feature in "365", it did not work!!!

I called Dell and spent 3 hours on the phone w/Dell and their resident MS Specialist, and low and behold the "Son of Gates" said after another hour "Gosh it's not supported and the online documentation is bogus".

My only fallback was to have them (Dell) load (UGH) Windows Live and run this 1990's E-mail system.

HAS THIS PROBLEM CREATED BY MICROSOFT BEEN FIXED AND CAN I GO BACK TO OUTLOOK?
