We have created a debug application, when we try to to run it,it fails to start with error "The program can not start because MSVCP71D.dll is missing from your computer."
We could not locate the MSVCP71D.dll on the system. This seems to be the debug version of MSVCP71.dll.
Is there any official MS link from where we can download this dll or a package which can install this dll?

Any help is appreciated.

It appears that you are using a very old and currently unsupported version of Visual C++.  You are correct that msvcp71d.dll is a debug version.  You should be able to locate a copy of this dll on the development system.  Keep in mind that debug versions of dlls are not redistributable and so are not installed on target systems by the VC++ redistributables installer.
