Hi All.. Over the past weeks I have been teaching myself from online websites and ebooks about Microsoft Access. For a total newbie I think I have done fairly good... lol.

I have created adatabase and created a form that when the data is entered it is saved to the database. I have added a button to the form, no problem in actually adding the button, but my problem is that I cannot get the button to do what I want it to do. When the button is clicked I want the current form that has just been completed (new entry) to send an email to just one specific email address (always the same address) by ms outlook. I want it to send only the new entry form.

I have researched websites over and over. I can manage to get some code examples but I have no idea how to use them or write them into my database. So I have to now admit defeat and ask for help.

Since you are new to this, you might as well do this the right way, which is to create a report about that data, and then email the report (probably as a PDF). Steps:

1. Create a query to be used by the report. In the Criteria line of the Primary Key field, write something like:
Forms!YourFormName!YourPkField
