在Visual Studio 2012版本中，  Microsoft删除了安装程序项目类型，并将其替换为Install Shield项目类型。您可以使用
installshield限量版项目来创建设置。

在Visual Studio 2013,2015,2017版本中，Microsoft 安装项目
返回。您需要下载并安装Visual Studio Installer

Hi，

In Visual Studio 2012 version,  Microsoft dropped the installer project type and replaced it with an Install Shield project type. You can use installshield limited edition project to create setup.

In Visual Studio 2013, 2015, 2017 version, the Microsoft setup project come back. You need to download and install the Visual Studio Installer
Projects Extension. DownLoad from below link.

You can also install other deployment tool like WiX Toolset Build Tools or Advanced Installer for Visual Studio
