Its really going to depend on what you sare trying to do with your testing. In Rosario we have UI testing for Winforms, Web-HTML(via IE), Web-AJAX(via IE) and WPF. We are still looking into things like Silverlight, FireFox support.

For testing WCF functionality you can use Unit Tests against this (although there are some gotchas) and then run load against them (http://www.codeplex.com/WCFLoadTest)

There is nothing specific for ADO.Net /EF or WF but again if you can write code against them then they can be unit tested.
