Do you mean this VS updates?

If you do not want to upgrade VS online, please try to download an offline installerto install.

1. Download the Visual Studio bootstrapper file
2. Create a local install cache with those workloads/components that your required
3. Install VS from the above local cache, this step will faster than the online upgrade, since the required resources already download
