I updated my VS to the 2017RC and now on any project I'm working on I will get the Following Error

From your description, if the issue occurs when running the project, please follow steps below:

1. To eliminate that project's path has any special character that VS couldn't detect, copy the whole project to a shared folder(for example: Desktop ).

2. Disable anti-virus or anti-spyware software.

3。重新启动计算机并以管理员身份运行Visual Studio 2017 RC 

3. Restart your computer and  run Visual Studio 2017 RC as administrator

4. Open and run the project from the shared folder to check if the error happens again.
