I'm trying to install the Guidance package on my visual studio 2008 i keep getting this error

Guidance Automation Extensions is not installed. Click yes to be directed to a web page with the extensions MSI

despite the fact that i've the automation extension installed on my machine

Hi,
The Data Access Guidance Package from PAG is not supported for the GAX Orcas version. Please check which requirement it has. Anyway you can also download the source code, adjust the references and try to register the package by hand. Maybe it could have some things to tweak to get it working on Vs 2008.
