3. when i extend my arm and twist only wrist, can kinect calculate hierarchicalRotation matrix of wrist?

Joint orientations are provided as a quaternion or matrix. For v1 orientations these are simple rotations and do not provide a twist around the Y axis(y always faces the direction of the bone from the parent). Have a look at the Avateering sample for code on how this can be applied.
