I'm try to run photoSky example  provided by microsoft for Live SDK + XAML+ Windows 8 developers.  But I'm getting an error at the following statement:

It sounds like your machine either can't see the consent site, or something in your application is misconfigured.  Have you checked your proxy settings?  Can you reach login.live.com in your web browser?
