当visual studio挂起时，任务管理器是否指示其他人正在吃掉CPU等防病毒工具？
请打开管理CMD窗口并导航到C：\Program Files（x86）\ Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0 \ Common7 \IDE和运行以下命令：

Hi,
I'm using VS2015 w/ latest update. Every time I right click on my project node in solution explorer, the application hangs for about a minute before it shows me the context menu. This does not happen when right clicking on any other node in solution explorer. The project type is an SSIS project, and I have the BIML Express add-in installed. I've tried:
* Disabling all add-ins
* Uninstalling all add-ins
* Reinstalling SSDT's
* Removing other versions of Visual Studios and SSDT's from my machine
* Clearing various caches
* Finally, I've completely removed VS2015 and reinstalled. Problem still persists.
Please help. Having trouble doing my job w/ this issue. One of the add-in's I'm using can only be accessed via the context menu that appears from right clicking on the project node (I know, bad design).

When visual studio hang does Task Manager indicate somebody else is eating up the CPU such as anti-virus tools or something?
Please open an administrative CMD window and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\IDE and run these commands:
devenv /safemode
After visual studio run in safe mode, see it if the issue persists.
Besides, please also check the results when you do the following:
1. Try to copy your solution to another location on your computer.
2. Create a new SSIS project and right click on the project.
3. Check it with another computer.
