I made a custom xslt map and when I run a test  map or debug, it generates the proper values in the output but all the xml tags are missing.  It's just a flat file of data.  I've done others that work fine and I don't see what I've done differently.  Has anyone had that problem before?

I'm not 100% clear on what you're getting, so I'm not sure if this would be relevant but, somewhat fraustratingly, if you have any portion of xml in your source document that is not matched by any template in the xsl script the values of all the elements and attributes get copied accross to the end of the result, without the xml markup.
