I have installed TFS 2012 server initially.

Then upgraded the SharePoint to 2010 enterprise.(Single server farm)

然后已安装Project Server 2010。

Then installed Project Server 2010.

已完成向导 

Completed the wizard 

Project Server安装已在升级页面中标识。

The Project Server installation is identified in the Upgrade page.

但在管理服务中，项目服务不可用。

But in the manage servies, Project services are not available.
