System.Core 3.5.0.0问题 [英] System.Core 3.5.0.0 Issues

我遇到两个问题，我似乎无法修复。

I'v got two problems that I just cant seem to be fixing.

NO 1：

当我创建一个新的WPF .NET3.5应用程序时，我得到一个BadImageFormatExcpetion错误，该应用程序可以运行得很好，但它搞砸了我的设计师，它不能显示任何东西，因为错误。 （如果应用程序正在运行，大多数人都会说它会离开它，但这对我来说并没有削减它）

When I create a new  WPF .NET3.5 app I get an BadImageFormatExcpetion error, the app can run just fine but its screwing up my designer which cant display anything becuase of the error. ( most people have said just leave it if the app is working, but that doesnt cut it for me)

 

NO 2：

I get an 'Could not load file or assembly 'System.Core, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest.' error when trying to do anything related to Linq. I've checked the assembly is referenced and it is the correct one (not the 2.0 runtime one).

我真的希望有人之前已经解决了这个问题，因为我真的不能再花这些时间来解决这些问题了。

I really hope somebody has solved this before, because I really cant justify spending anymore time with these issues.
