Either item 10 on page 410 (from my previous picture) or this page (426) lies: the first one says the relying party creates a new TOKEN (and does not explain WHAT this token contains) while the other says it creates (or "provides") a new CLAIM - although it is known that only claims providers can produce claims, not relying parties (resource partners)...Maybe the author of this book (70-417 guide) does not diffirentiate tokens from claims?
