I have implemented an password filter with Visual Studo 2015 VC++ to restrict the password length.  The filter is working perfectly in normal user change password case.  However, I tried to reset password with domain admin PasswordFilter function return FALSE by inspect log.   The windows computer management is not responding and the system seems hang up.
