Hi I have this client that asked me to add a component to the default page of the website I am developing for him. The component is supposed to get the email address of the person viewing the site. This has to be done automatically for every person that views the site.
I know what you are thinking (Are you crazy!?) and I thought the same but he keeps insisting that he has visited a site with that functionality, and he really wants it.
So my question is: Is it possible?
and the obvious follow-up: How?

So that is getting the email address of the viewer of the website without him/her typing it in manually or even pressing a submit button.

not possible.... if its happening, than no need of hackers :) u need to make user to enter his detail than only possibilities are there

I have never done it but for a start you can try google search for Cross-Site Request Forgery.

Hhahah.. You can surely do this by decrypting the existing facebook or twitter cookies on clients computer :P...
