I have the following problem I have Application A that is inspecting other Applications Memory.. is there any way I can forbid this to Application A?

Are you developing an uwp app for inspecting other application memory restrictions? This can not implement in UWP, you can only use the MemoryManager Class to access to information on the current app's memory usage.
