I am trying to generate a code to listen to a port say 8080 then on getting some event on that port it will stop listening and will start listening to some other port say 8081 then after some time it should again start listening to previous port. I am using C++. Basically I am broadcasting multiple different files from these ports. So please tell me how to do so in detail.
