I've created a custom form, which gathers data from the input text boxes, creates a csv and attaches it to this form. Then you can send it.
While in Developer mode, you can choose "Run this Form" so you can test and it functions as it should.
A email is sent to the account specified and the attached csv file. (thanks to all who help with some of this).In the inbox, the message is type "Message". (you can tell by the icon)

But if I publish the finalized form (to personal library) and from outlook load that form from the personal library, fill in fields..etc and send it, it's not a email message type. it's a "Post".. ( yellow page icon with a blue push

This is expected result. The item would still be a MailItem. The message class would be IPM.Note.CustomName. You could get the item and use Watch windows to check its properties.
