I have read numerous threads and nothing seems to help.

I tried to update Silverlight, and got a installation failed response. I deleted Silverlight off the computer, tried to reinstall it (as posted on numerous other threads), and the same result. I tried the uninstaller program as recommended by Microsoft, and nothing as well.
