I'm having trouble setting up a publishing point on my IIS Web Server (running 2008 R2). I've been able to stream successfully in the past, using the same steps (as far as I can remember) to setup the publishing point, however when I try to start the publishing point, I get the following error:

"Invalid index. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070585)"

I've tried re-creating the publishing point and site location multiple times, each with different settings. The publishing point is set to Push. Google results have not yielded results. Expression Encoder 4 Pro is all setup and ready, but I need to start the publishing point before I connect EE4 Pro to the server.

Any suggestions?
