I'm looking for ways to plug a Kinect to a touch tablet under Windows 8. I want to receive data from the kinect to develop application on the touch tablet. Does drivers gonna work?

Kinect for Windows SDK 将在Windows 8专业版中运行，但不适用于Windows RT - 所以这一切都取决于你安装的内容。

The Kinect for Windows SDK  will work in Windows 8 pro but not Windows RT -- so it all depends on what you have installed.

If it's Win 8 Pro, you are good to go and the drivers are fine.  USB 2.0 is plenty fast.  Just download the sdk.
