每次启动测试控制器配置工具时，窗口都会显示为灰色，事件日志显示错误，指出文件QTControllerConfig.xml丢失。

Every time I start the Test Controller Configuration Tool the window stays completely greyed out, and the Event Log shows an error stating that the file QTControllerConfig.xml is missing.

我尝试了几次修复和卸载/安装，但无济于事。 

I tried several repairs and uninstalls/installs, but to no avail. 

该工具已经工作过一次，但在我未经安装并重新安装后停止了。

The Tool has worked once, but stopped when I had unistalled and installed it anew.

Anybody experiencing a similar issue, or has any ideas to solve it?

I suggest you to check this QTControllerConfig.xml file is exists in your Controller machine.
