I wanna make a Windows Forms Application which can give you the ability to control the phone's screen on a computer.

In my option, different mobile phone systems (such as OS, Android and windows phone) have their own Bluetooth programming interface. This forum is used to discuss about Winform developing issue like control, form design, your issue is more related with Bluetooth programming interface, I would suggest you go to the phone programming forum for help according the phone type.
