I have Project Server users located in the UK and America and there is  a requirement for different date formats in the two countries. Can this be done?

I believe this is a user setting though it would need to be tested.

• In the upper right of the screen, click on your name and select My Settings in the dropdown.
• Select My Regional Settings.
• Uncheck Always follow web settings.
• Change locale to English (United Kingdom)
• Click OK.

This should update the formats within PWA. For Excel Reports viewed in the Excel client, as long as you use the date formats marked with a *, they will automatically format to the user's locale. For Excel Services, I'm not sure.
