If you are a complete beginner, then can I suggest that this is probably not a task you should be considering at this point?

Natural language translation is a very, very complex task, and companies like Google have invested millions (probably tens or hundreds of millions) of man hours in the project - admittedly the result is generally pretty good, but it is still possible to "trip it up". Unless you can "piggy back" on their results I suspect you will not have any significant success and that can be a very bad idea when you are starting anything. Even using Google results is not a trivial job and needs care and attention.

Please, find yourself a simpler task - leave this until you have a very good grasp of the basics.
