然后我下载Cygwin。然后设置路径。但是当我打开IDE时会显示相同的弹出窗口。

编译器找不到。

can you please suggest me any IDE (Like net Beam and Eclipse) where i can do coding in c++.
But from today i try to do coding in netbeam. i added plugin of c++.
