I'm using Visual Studio 2010 C# Express. I've installed the Kinect SDK and Developer Toolkit. When I try to follow the video guides on http://kinectforwindows.org,  none of the Kinect methods show up as highlighted in the syntax, nor does Intellisense bring them up for selection. I referenced the Microsoft.Kinect, Microsoft.Kinect.Toolkit, and Coding4Fun.Kinect.Toolkit files.
