Hi ,

I am new to development , i had create an academic project , so i decided to create an application for CA professional ,The requirement is that the user need to fill an application form manually which they get it from website, my idea is to no need to download that form instead of it better to give them an desktop base application where all component will be arrange in same way they r showed in hard copy of forms , the user will input the desire text and then he will save it in pdf format.

My problem is that i don''t know how to start.

I searched a lot but not getting an start.

Please help me out.
