I want to have button events but I can't find the triggers palette. I checked under the Windows tab and there is nothing that says Triggers. The Triggers palette exists when I create a WPA application but not a Silverlight one. I am using Expression Blend 4 + SketchFlow.

As you have discovered, triggers don't exist in Silverlight. They went with Visual State Manager for control states instead.
