当您说Project Online时，您是指代Project Server（PWA）还是仅涉及Project Pro？

I've just purchased a single license for Project Online. After that i've created a new user and i've assigned the license to that user. When i try to login thru https://portal.microsoftonline.com all works fine but when i try to access the link "Project" i receive the error (see the attached image) that the user doesn't have privilege to access the resource (but i've tested with the administrative rights and i've got the same error).

Can someone help me?

When you say Project Online, are you refering to Project Server (PWA) or only Project Pro?
