Hallo，
我为ZF Engineering公司工作，该公司为汽车行业开发软件。我们的IT部门安装了Visual Studio 2013专业版，我需要使用该软件进行软件开发。但是我对IDE有一个大问题。
首先，我的IDE太慢了。显示我输入的字符需要花费很多时间，或者页面滚动也很慢。接下来的问题是，当我按右侧快捷键（ctrl + space）时，代码顾问/自动完成代码不起作用。
最后一个问题是我不能，经历"代码。我的意思是，我不能通过按快捷键（F12）简单地移动到功能定义。
由于这些问题，我（和我的同事）工作流程真的很慢而且效率低下。
关闭VS2013后会弹出一条错误消息：

i work for ZF Engineering company which develops software for automotive industry. Our IT department installed me Visual studio 2013 professional, and i need to use this software for software development. But i have a big problem with the IDE.
First thing is, that my IDE is so slow. It takes a lot of time to display character i typed, or page scrolling is terrible slow as well. Next problem is that code advisor/auto completation of code does´t work when i press the right shortcut (ctrl + space). Last problem is that i can´t ,,go throught" the code. I mean then i can´t move simply to function definition by pressing shortcut (F12).
Because of these problems my (and my colleagues) workflow is really slow and unefficient.
After closing VS2013 it pops up an error message:
An error occured while creating or opening C++ browsing database file C:\....... InteliSense and browsing information will not be available for C++ projects.
Ensure that Microsoft SQL Server Compact 4.0 is installed and that no other application are accessing the file. If this problem persists, delete the file and reopen the solution.
It says that i need to install Microsoft SQL Server Compact 4.0, but our IT department can´t install this software to my PC, because of license.
We tried to reinstall VS2013, but it didn´t help. We also tried to make the solution againt but without any result.
Can you please give me some advice how to solve this problem.

Refer to the error message, please have a look at this similar issue and try the following:
- Repair VS 2013
- Run VS 2013 as administrator
- Go to TOOLS>Options>Text Editor>C/C++>Advanced>Always use fallback location = True
- Download and install the Microsoft SQL Server Compact 4.0
