I am currently tasked with designing a gui in C#/UWP that allows me to enter world coordinates (Degrees, minutes, seconds, Lat/Lon). I want to use a layout that is similar to the timepicker control in UWP. Where I can see the options in the form of a vertical looping carousel (not sure if that makes sense). I tried to pick apart the timepicker so that I can just change the flyout menu options from times to my desired coordinates, but that didn't work. 

Could anybody point me in the direction of a control that will allow me to customize a flyout menu to emulate the one utilized by the timepicker?
