I am the Account Administrator of an Azure Subscription as well as the Organization Administrator of my VSTS team and Project Administrator of the one project I've created (just a one-man show testing out Azure/VSTS using my MSDN credits), but when I try to set up Continuous Delivery, I get the error listed below:
The article linked to above and the article it links to (https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/docs/setup-admin/team-services/add-account-users-assign-access-levels-team-services) do not enumerate the permissions that can be set, and neither actually state what permissions should be enabled for this error message. All the other documentation I can find online refers to "Continuous Deployment", including GitHub's video tutorial page but it seems like this option has been deprecated or is otherwise not available in my Azure portal when I modify a Web App. Where can I find documentation on what permissions are required to enable Continuous Delivery?
