I've few queries on Velocity

1. To deploy velocity do i need IIS ? - for both Windows and ASP.Net

If i use Velocity for SQL Server data caching and want to enable SET ENABLE_BROKER to get the notification to the server where i configured Velocity to get the updated data. [Shankar]: Currently, Velocity notificaiton feature can only be used by client application to get the notifications about the updated cache items. Thanks Shankar
