In a test environment I update TFS 2013 to TFS 2015 Update 3.  Previously in the Test environment I did not have Release management loaded, because i wanted to use the Web based version that is incorporated in Update 3.  This may sound like a stupid question, but I am new to TFS and there is not a lot of documentation.  How do you configure the integrated Release management, and how do you access it.  I know in 2013, you had a server for release management and you could hit it at Port 1000.

I am getting ready to upgrade the production environment of our TFS from 2013, and currently have Release management 2013 loaded also (I have it loaded and configured, but I have not really done anything in it).  We would rather use the Web version that is contained in Update 3, instead of running the Release Management 2015 install.  (It appears that is the preferred way to do it.)  That being said, do I want to uninstall Release Management 2013 before doing the upgrade.

The Release Management(RM) integrated in the TFS 2015 web access is not the upgrade version of Release Management 2013. Having Release Management 2013 installed has no effect on TFS 2015 RM integrated in the web. You could upgrade to TFS 2015 update 3 directly without uninstalling Release Management 2013.
