We are working with Microsoft TFS 2013 and Visual Studio 2013. We need to integrate some of open source tools for code quality and monitoring and so on.

We need some of Open Source Tools which is supported by TFS 2013 and visual studio 2013 to maintain Centralized Identity Management for all tools integrated with TFS 2013.

Did you mean that you want to put your code resources in external container(Like GitHub), then build or release with these external resources? If so, TFS 2015 support build code in a GitHub repo or some external Git service (for example, BitBucket), but TFS2013 does not have this feature now(You need to upgrade your TFS to 2015), for more information, you could refer to the following link:
