Generally the only controls included in Blend are the controls from the underlying platform (WPF or Silverlight) and the ones from the WPF Toolkit or Silverlight Toolkit.

如果要将该控件添加到项目中，则应下载.cs文件，并将其添加到项目中。然后在构建项目（ctrl shift b或菜单）后，它将显示在资源面板中供您使用。

If you want to add that control to your project, you should download the .cs file, and add it to your project. Then after you build your project (ctrl shift b, or the menu), it will appear in the assets panel for your use.
