While i try to pull a request, TFS has shown some unchanged files in the screen.  Why TFS causes this problem? It there any way to solve it or dodge it?

The pull request mark those commits between 2 branches. These commits may be submitted by you and also may be submitted by other team members. Those commits submitted by whom is listed in the page. You could click those commits and see commit details to check if those files are changed.
