我遇到的问题是xaml错误"会员"< Property>" ;未被识别或无法访问"在App.xaml中

I have facing a problem that xaml errors "the member "<Property>" is not recognized or is not accessible" in App.xaml

自定义控件和绑定的功能也正常工作。但是当鼠标悬停在绑定上并且在Dependency属性的绑定位置得到一条蓝线时，能够看到此错误，如下图所示。

The functionality of the custom control and binding also working fine. But able to see this error when mouse over on the binding and got a Blue line in the binding position of the Dependency properties as the below image.

此问题不会一直发生。   根据Visual Studio版本和环境，它的出现会有所不同。 

This issues are not occurred all the time. It’s occurrence differed based on the Visual Studio versions and environment. 

有人可以建议如何解决这个错误吗？

Can anyone please suggest how to resolve this errors?

TextBlock既没有TitleMaxWidth也没有Title属性，这就是你有错误的原因。   将TemplateBinding替换为Binding。

A TextBlock has neither a TitleMaxWidth or Title property, that is why you have the error.   Replace TemplateBinding to Binding.
